Availability and delivery
We will do our fairy best to fulfil your order within the timescales set out below. Occasionally there will be exceptional circumstances that we have no control over in which case we will do our best to keep you informed.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay by email and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
We deliver throughout the UK. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Europe and the rest of the world please contact us to check timescales and/or rates.
Standard UK delivery - £3.50
Items in stock will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days by Royal Mail.
Royal Mail 1st Class UK Delivery signed for - £5.25
Orders must be received by 12 noon for delivery the next working day
Orders received at the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day and then delivered the subsequent working day
Items in stock will usually be delivered the next working day
A signature will be required on delivery
Next day UK delivery by Courier/Royal Mail Special Delivery - £9.50
Orders must be received by 12 noon for delivery the next working day

Worldwide
We are happy to dispatch orders worldwide but recommend that you email us first to let us know what you would like to order so that we can calculate the shipping costs.
To date we have successfully shipped to New Zealand, the USA and Belgium.
Dispatch notification We will notify you by email when your order is dispatched. Delivery arrangements Please use a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery. If your parcel requires a signature and there is no-one available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address a card will be left by the delivery company. You may need to call to arrange a new delivery date or alternatively collect the parcel from your local depot.

Our refunds policy - UK customers
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However we understand that occasionally you may wish to return an item to us.
TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Please 'phone 0141 883 4986 or email andrea@giftsfromfairies.co.uk to let us know which item(s) you are returning.
The item(s) should be returned to us in perfect condition (unused and in the original packaging) to the following address:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable.
It is strongly recommended that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting (available free from the post office) when you return your order.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged or faulty items please 'phone us on +44 (0)141 883 4986 or email info@giftsfromfairies.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order for instructions on how to return the goods to us.

Faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will examine the returned item(s) and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective item in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
It is strongly recommended that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting (available free from the post office) when you return your order.
