Fascinators by Beretk!AhTatiana Ashakova of Beretk!Ah is an extraordinary young woman who has many talents including the design and creation of these gorgeous fascinators and head pieces. Originally from Moscow, Tatiana has a very artistic background and is inspired by vintage finds and beautiful fabrics. Creative Fairy originally met Tatiana through a business network meeting and was delighted when she offered to design a small range exclusively for Gifts from Fairies. Birthstone Brooches by Gem TreesIt is a great pleasure to feature here the range of lovely birthstone brooches designed exclusively for Fairies by Tracy of Gem Trees by T&W. Each piece is lovingly handmade in Scotland by Tracy herself from silver plated wire and semi-precious gemstones. We met Tracy at a craft fair where it was hard to resist her sparkling array of gem trees. These gorgeous pieces are unique, unusual and definitely not on the high street.
We had the pleasure of visiting Louise in her Edinburgh studio which is an Aladdin's cave of curios and treasures. She sources wonderful vintage jewellery and re-invents them to make fabulous charm bracelets and charm necklaces with curios ranging from the Eiffel tower to a dragonfly.
An honours graduate in Textile Design, Louise designs and makes every piece – each one is individual and totally unique.
